News and Notes for Sunday October 2 , 2011

Hands And Harvest Craft Sale –Saturday, October 15th, 10AM to 3PM. Come for lunch. Come for the Chinese Auction. Proceeds will go to the Wounded Warriors Project and to Operation Christmas Child. The Hearts and Harvest Craft Festival needs items for the Chinese Auction. We need fill, filler and fillers: gift items, hostess gifts, holiday items, shred, tissue, straw, ribbons, pine cones and people. There will be a collection box available under the table, and a sign-up sheet on the table, in the lounge, and if you have larger items--don't be afraid to think outside the basket, please contact Karalee, Shelly or Deb Kling.

The Chinese Auction baskets will be assembled in the lounge on Wednesday, October 5th at 1:00pm. Anyone wishing to help is invited to join us, and donations for the auction are still being gratefully accepted until Wednesday, Oct. 5th. Thank you.
